L’Axiocam 705 pol est une caméra scientifique de 5 mégapixels dotée d’un capteur amélioré par un masque de polarisation. Avec une source d’éclairage polarisée, une seule image suffit pour obtenir, sous forme de couches d’images séparées, les différents paramètres de polarisation tels que l’angle et le degré de polarisation ou encore le contenu de l’image. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’équiper votre microscope d’un analyseur de polarisation supplémentaire. Vous acquérez simultanément tous les effets de polarisation avec une seule exposition sur le champ d’observation et accélérez l’imagerie. En option, visualisez les propriétés de polarisation de votre échantillon sous la forme d’une image pseudo-couleur facile à lire.
